3. Delivery Time: Pre-Customized Dolls

Dolls that offer a variety of options are what we call pre-made products. Pre-ordered doll delivery time includes production time and shipping time.

3.1 Production time

Once your order is received, the factory begins building the doll according to the options provided. Generally speaking, the production time of TPE dolls is 15 working days, and the production time of silicone dolls is 20 working days.

In addition, we will take pictures or videos for your confirmation before shipping.

3.2 Shipping time:

We work with carriers like UPS, DHL, Matson, and DPD to offer both standard and express shipping options.

  • Standard shipping (free): Takes about 20-25 days for the US and 25-35 days for other countries.
  • Express shipping (extra $199): Takes about 7-8 days for the US and 8-10 days for other countries.

Note: We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States.
